Our FOTA application (system update) is pre-loaded on the client device before shipment and connected to the iMozen server to ensure system update status at any time. Customers can choose to rent the iMozen server or build their own server to control the update frequency and package content of FOTA.
- A "content description" may be sent along with the FOTA package.

Remote Device Monitoring (RDM)

To help customers improve management efficiency, iMozen provides RDM (Remote Device Monitoring) service, which can remotely monitor and set up mobile devices. RDM software service allows enterprise IT personnel to monitor device status through the central control management center, and simultaneously collect data related to device usage, while analyzing and detecting abnormal conditions, thereby reducing the risk of device service interruption and further helping to optimize customer service experience.
- Through a single program, enterprise mobile devices can be monitored and data collected and analyzed, including battery consumption, device location tracking, application usage frequency and performance.
- Detect and warn of abnormal conditions, including battery health diagnosis, device shutdown or device loss of connection.
- Supports grouping of devices for monitoring and reporting. Administrators can group management and status reporting based on the device owner's work department or location, which can not only reduce deployment costs but also further improve employee productivity.
