Warranty Service
Products purchased from iMozen and authorized dealers are protected by iMozen warranty terms and related service specifications, as follows:
1. Warranty Terms
- The product warranty period starts from the date of purchase. The machine body and charging base are warranted for one year, and the accessories (such as batteries, transformers, transmission cables) are warranted for six months. The above do not include man-made damage.
- The battery is only warranted against defects caused during manufacturing, and does not include natural wear and tear caused by general use (such as battery performance declines with charging cycles) and damage to the battery caused by improper use or storage (such as overcharging, swelling, etc.).
- If a product fails under normal use and is identified as a product problem, the company provides free repair services within the warranty period; however, damage to the appearance, shell, and decorative components is not covered by the warranty and no free repair services are provided. Outside the warranty period, the customer can choose whether to pay for the repair service.
- If you purchase our company's clearance items, they are not covered by the warranty.
- For the materials replaced after repair, our company provides a three-month warranty.

2. DOA (Damage of Arrival) Service Description
- If the customer reports the problem to the Company within 15 days after receiving the product and the Company determines that the product is defective or missing, it will be deemed DOA, unless the specific customer and the Company agree on the number of days for DOA determination.
- Products that are determined by our company's maintenance unit to meet DOA conditions will be replaced.
- If the problem is due to missing parts (such as missing user manuals, attachments, accessories, etc.), we will handle it by replacing the parts.
- If the product problem can be solved through operation or setting, DOA will not be established.
- If customers wish to apply for DOA service, they must keep the product packaging intact and all accessories complete. If it is determined that the purchasing unit has disassembled the device or is missing accessories, DOA service will not be provided.
- If the DOA conditions are not met, the repair will be processed by RMA.
- If the DOA product model you applied for is out of stock or discontinued, you can choose the following alternatives:
- Waiting for goods
- Pay the price difference to exchange for other models
- Sales and Returns (Our company reserves the right to sell and return discontinued products)
3. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Repair Authorization Service Description
- If a customer purchases a product produced by our company and encounters a problem during use, the customer may apply for repair service from our company via email (iwsupport@imozengroup.com) or customer service phone (02-8979-5055).
- For products within the warranty period, if the maintenance unit determines that the damage is not caused by human factors, our company will provide free repair services. For products within the warranty period, if the maintenance unit determines that the damage is caused by improper use, our company will provide a quotation and carry out repairs after the user agrees.
- The repair quotation for man-made damage and out-of-warranty period includes the inspection fee and material cost. If the user does not agree to the repair after the quotation, the company will charge the inspection fee.
- Before sending the product for repair, the user needs to back up the relevant data by themselves. During the repair process, the product will be restored to the factory defaults, and all personal settings will not be restored; if the data is lost due to the above reasons, the company will not be responsible for the relevant guarantee.
- Some components are repaired by replacing spare parts, so the repaired product or parts may be slightly different from the original product, but it does not affect its original function.
- The product sent back to our company for repair is mainly the machine body. Please remove and keep the other accessories by yourself (such as batteries, back covers, SD and Sim cards, etc.). Our company is not responsible for storage.
4. Warranty Exclusions
During the warranty period, if any of the following circumstances occur, the product is not covered by the warranty and the customer must bear all repair and material costs at the price agreed upon with the customer:
- The product serial number does not match the one stated on the machine, or the manufacturer is unable to identify the serial number.
- Failure to comply with the user manual or instructions, improper use, and resulting in damage, including but not limited to damage caused by heavy pressure, impact, breakage, moisture, immersion, rain, high temperature, foreign matter intrusion, and component loss.
- Natural wear and tear or scratches on the product casing or other accessible surfaces caused by normal use.
- Product damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, etc.
- Product damage caused by human factors (including but not limited to improper use, self-modification of parts, natural disasters or power supply problems, damage to the overall structure of the host, and immersion of the entire machine in water).
- Failures and damages caused by disassembly or repair by unauthorized personnel, or self-disassembly, modification of products, arbitrary changes in specifications, or use of non-original accessories.
- Failures and damages caused by improper software installation settings or computer viruses.
- The product warranty terms apply only to the hardware components originally supplied with the product and do not apply to any software or other equipment and accessories.
5. Product Maintenance
- DOA freight payment: The company pays the charges both ways.
- RMA freight payment: The freight of the repaired product to our company shall be borne by the user; the freight of the product returned to the user shall be borne by our company (except for specific contract customers).
- Inspection fees will be charged for man-made damage or outside the warranty period.
