    1. Maintain issues related to mass-produced models.
    2. Analyze customer complaints.

  • Compared with similar jobs in the past, what is different about the iMozen position?

In the past, companies were larger organizations with simpler and more stable work environments, so there was less need for cross-unit collaboration and communication. However, at iMozen, there are many opportunities to collaborate with people from different teams. Although the time cost of communication has increased, it has accumulated more comprehensive thinking skills and can evaluate the impact of decisions on other units in advance.

  • What has been the biggest gain/growth for you during your time working in the company?
    1. See different perspectives and possibilities in your career.
    2. Discover that waiting is also a way of cooperation. When working with others, instead of constantly chasing progress, slowing down the pace at the right time will give you a chance to come up with better solutions or countermeasures.

    2. There are many days of special leave or other fully paid leave that are better than those in the Labor Standards Act.
