Supply Chain Management Office/Operation and Production Management

What is your main job?
When I first came in, I was responsible for logistics, and later I was also responsible for delivery management. Logistics is mainly responsible for the arrangement of import and export logistics and other matters related to transportation. The main work of production management is the arrangement of production, such as the allocation of capacity between various foundries. Communication and coordination between various departments and foundries is also a very important task.
Compared with similar jobs in the past, what is different about the iMozen position?
I have changed many different types of jobs, from finance to accounting, then to purchasing, and finally to operations and production management at iMozen. I wanted to be more flexible and think more flexibly on the way to achieve my goals, so I jumped out of the field of finance and accounting. Although I did not have a work background directly related to operations, the company was willing to accept people without experience, and I also gained greater flexibility and a sense of accomplishment in this job.
What has been the biggest gain/growth for you during your time working in the company?
My previous job did not require me to interact with many different departments, but in my current job, I need to communicate and cooperate with almost all departments. Therefore, the area in which I have grown the most is my cross-departmental communication and coordination skills. I have also learned the most effective ways to communicate with different types of people.
Have you observed any evolution of the company since you joined? What are your thoughts?
Compared to when I first joined the company, in the past four years, everyone has gradually had a clearer common goal and is more motivated to move towards the goal. During this period, many new people from various backgrounds have joined, and there are more diverse perspectives to collide with each other, and the team has become more proactive.
